Big news for the Cooper family! We are having Baby Boy #2! We are super excited about announcing his name, which his daddy so graciously picked out...on his OWN! ha-ha. Mason Allen Cooper will be his official name. We found out yesterday that we were expecting a little boy at our nuchal translucency test, which went perfect! Little Mason is doing fantastic. His little heart is beating, he was sucking his thumb and playing just like Jacob did in all his ultrasounds. Sean and I both agreed that Mason is acting so much like his Big Brother already! I would post our ultrasound pictures, but the 4D ultrasound is really of the back of Mason's head. We couldn't get a good face shot this time because he was hiding behind the placenta. Hopefully at our 20 week ultrasound we will get some better pictures...which will not be the next appt but the next!
I go back on August 12th to begin the first week of my progesterone shots. I will be 16 weeks, and I will continue those until probably 36 weeks as long as everything stays going smoothly! Which I think this time is going to be ALOT better. However, Mason is carrying just as low as Jacob if not just a tad bit lower...which this could possibly change. Lets hope for the sake of me because it was totally miserable at the end with Jacob. Anyways...in September we will be halfway there and have another ultrasound that will graciously confirm that is 100% a boy, which by the way he was 90% sure it was yesterday...which he informed us was pretty accurate. He said there was no way he thought it was a girl, it was pretty clear already! Anyways...and we will have some more pictures! Keep praying for Baby Mason and our health for the next 5-6 months! :) His heart rate yesterday was 164...for those of you who know how good that it is...its FANTASTIC!
Oh and Jacob has already started saying Bubba because he calls his Uncle...Uncle Bubba...so its just perfect! We keep trying to tell him he's going to be a big brother, but he's just so small he can't understand yet...ha-ha. I'm sure when Mason gets here he's going to get the big picture! Well that is it so far for Mason :)

Solar Screens
So we finally broke down and bought the materials for the solar screens. Sean, me, my mom and dad spent the past two days putting them together and up on the house. Man has it really made a difference to the appearance and the temperature! I was a little skeptical at first, but now i'm a believer. We are running the house at 75 degrees (which is good for us) and it is nice and cool.

Jacob's BIG MESS!
Wedding Day
Our big day! Wow, how fantastic it was. The big day was so gorgeous and everyone made it so lovely. We will never forget our big day for the rest of our lives. However, I had to share with you the picture of the kids on our way to the wedding ceremony. Jacob, Josh, and Macie (left to right) feel asleep after such a long day of running around. They caught a little cap nap and were ready to go when we arrived. They are so precious! More pictures of our wedding day are still being downloaded... :)
Baby #2 Update
So for those of you who do not know, we are expecting baby #2. On June 29th, we went to the dr to recieve some reassuring news :) The baby still looks healthy and I was at 11 weeks. However, on July 22 we will have a nucal translucency test. This is good and bad. Considering my past pregnancy issues, Dr. Kirshon will be looking over everything to determine our next steps for the health of me and the baby. We do know that at 16 weeks we will be starting progesterone shots, which will hopefully prevent preterm labor.
Furthermore, on July 22 we will get to find out the gender at 14 weeks and the actual weight and size!!! :) We are super excited. So far the names are Avery Christine and Mason Allen.

New Mommy Hair Cut

So...I broke down and cut all my hair OFF! I cut enough to be able to donate to the Locks of Love for the first time ever. I believe I cut off about 8-9 inches off my hair. I really do love the haircut. At first, I thought it was going to have to grow on me, but as soon as I got up out of the chair it was like an instant love at first site moment...hehe! Its the easiest thing in the world to fix. I hope you like it too :)
