On a Mommy Note...

On a Mommy note, I realized how big my little boy was getting tonight. We were walking down the street he was sitting in his wagon and I was pulling him. It was close to his bed time so he had his sippy cup of milk. As we were walking every now and then he would pick his cup up get a drink and sit it back into its cup holder. It was amazing. As we continued down the street we came upon some neighborhood dogs and he reached out his hand and started yelling giberish at them like he was an adule scolding them. Man its just crazy how they grow up...I can remember holding him for the first time and now he's 32 inches tall and 14 months old. They are the best gift God could ever give. I love him so much!

11 days left to go...

Wow has time flown by! With only 11 days left to go the wedding is approaching rapidly. I thought I had everything done until I started making my list! I actually have procrastinated a little. I still have to print the programs, tie the bows on the bells, do the slideshow, get picture frames for the engagement pictures, do the snack cup stuff, order the m&m's and put them in their tins. I am going to get it all done. Plus today is Sean's birthday! :) Happy Birthday Sean!!!

Tonight I'm going to be busy getting my pictures all scanned in...I can't wait till the big day.

Jacob has been sleeping better at night. Thank goodness he got up at 630 for a bottle and went back to bed. I think he got up around 8. Sean came in early this morning. I got to see him for like 10 minutes which was a surprise. Anyways...tomorrow is Hump Day - i'm looking forward to that :)

Our Journey

Photobucket

On April 6, 2008 at 12:16pm, we welcomed our very first bundle of joy- Jacob Ryland Cooper. Although a very long and rough nine months a healthy boy of 6lbs 3 oz and 21 3/4 inches long was born at 35 weeks and 5 days.

Although Sean and I haven't always done things as others have thought we should we know deep in our hearts that we love each other very much. Love is not always the same for everyone, and it has taken us a long time to build a sturdy foundation for our family. On March 26, 2009, we purchased our first home together in Dayton, Texas where we will raise our family.

Not to long after we moved in on May 18th Sean asked me to marry him. We set the date for June 27, 2009. With only 12 days left to go I am getting more excited everyday! I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him. He truely makes me the person I want to be; he's my hero.
